My weekend

Well my weekend started off with a surprise! My hubs planned for the kiddos to go to the in-laws for the weekend so we could have some alone time before this coming up deployment. It was a huge surprise, until my 4 year old told me about it on thursday!  I heart her, I can't stand surprises, It drives me nuts I know something is going on and im not in on it. So we packed up the kids and drove out to Topeka on friday evening. Dropped the kiddos off and then we were off. We go have some dinner and decide what to do, on the border was delish by the way. Then to where...... Hobby lobby! Yeah one of my favorite stores. We get some  fleece to make one of those tie blankets ( KU Baby ). Thats when you know your getting old when the kids are away and you wanna make a tie blanket, lol! It was fun though, and super warm who would have thought! Now the hubs has requests for while he is away for new tie blankets. We did go see a movie too, Dinner with Schmucks. It was really good. And I can not seem to get the hair style of the main actress out of my head. I love it! I wish I was brave enough to go for it, but I dont know. It is so cute for some reason, mike didn't really like it to much, but I am just stuck on it! I'll post a pic, so you all can add your input! Well For right now that is it, I will post pictures later of this dress/shirt thing I am working on for jenna.
